Register Now to Become an Exhibitor or Vendor at Penn Fest!

Over its history, Penn Fest attracts 6,000 to 8,000 visitors annually. Bring your group or business in front of a new audience of potential supporters or customers by registering as an exhibitor or vendor.

Choose the form you need below:

Food vendor: Any vendor selling food to be consumed at the event, including food trucks and booths. Penn Fest is a great event for food vendors because guests come hungry looking for new foods to try. $250 registration fee. Please submit vendor application, temporary food license application and ST19 form. 

Commercial Businesses: Any for-profit business selling or promoting its products or services. This category is for established businesses that normally operate out of an office or storefront. $150 registration fee.

Market Vendors: This registration is for home-based businesses, crafters, artisans, flea market vendors or other small enterprises that normally operate out of a residence.  $50 registration fee.

Community Organizations: Community groups, school groups and non-profits are invited to set up a booth at Penn Fest. Groups are encouraged to provide a fun interactive activity to attraction visitors to your booth. Registration is FREE for any organization that operates in the spirit of a non-profit.
Pet Zone: Penn Fest has a special zone just for the animal lovers out there. Our 3 registration categories follow the same pattern as the rest of Penn Fest, but registrations in this category will all be grouped togetehr on evenet day. Business registations $150, Artisan Market Vendors $50 and Community Groups/Non-Profits FREE!
